This is a "Meat Kappo Course" where you can enjoy authentic meat dishes. We select ingredients with unique characteristics such as "fragrance," "umami," "texture," and "aftertaste," and prepare them with attention to detail using the experience and skills of our artisans. What we consider to be "premium meat" is not limited to brand names, but is carefully selected only from Kuroge Wagyu (female cows) that have been carefully selected by discerning connoisseurs.
