The chef's skill and heartfelt preparation include a "Hassun" (a large platter of appetizers) that beautifully showcases the changing seasons, "Oshinogi" (a light snack) and "Onsai" (warm dishes) using fresh fish and seasonal vegetables sourced that day, and a "Kyosaka" (main course) featuring carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu beef, including Chateaubriand grilled over charcoal. Finally, the "Shokujitsu" (meal) includes a clay pot rice dish that allows you to savor the delicious flavors of seasonal ingredients.
